# Privacy Policy

### Public Information

Your display name, user avatar, and public content are visible to all
Lopaka.app visitors.

Assets are stored at the project level. If you make a project public, files and
asset records associated with that project may also be accessible to visitors,
including assets that are not shown on every public screen.

We collect your email at signup for essential communications like registration
confirmation and password resets. We also use it for service updates and
community activity notifications. To opt out of non-essential emails, email
support@lopaka.app or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Social login through GitHub or Google may provide us with your email and basic
profile information, such as your name, username, and avatar. We don't receive
your GitHub or Google password.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Some older subscriptions may continue to be
managed through Lemon Squeezy. We don't directly receive or store your full
payment-card details. We receive information needed to manage access and
subscriptions, such as your email, customer and transaction identifiers,
product, subscription status, and billing dates.

We use your email address to send service notifications related to your subscription,
including payment, renewal, cancellation, and access notices. These are transactional
emails and cannot be opted out of while they remain necessary to provide your account or
subscription.

EU/EEA residents can request a machine-readable export of their personal data by
contacting support@lopaka.app.

### Cookies

Lopaka.app uses cookies and similar tech (like localStorage) to improve your
experience, keeping you logged in and remembering preferences.

We also use cookies to track feature usage, helping us plan new features and
tailor marketing.

Lopaka.app currently uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, PostHog,
Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Bing UET for analytics, attribution, and advertising,
and Sentry for error, performance, and session-replay monitoring. These
services may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device
information, pages visited, referring page, actions taken in Lopaka, and
pseudonymous account identifiers. In limited advertising and attribution
flows, an account email may also be provided to a service that hashes or
otherwise processes it for matching.

Clicking third-party links subjects you to their privacy policies.

You can block cookies in your browser, but some Lopaka.app features may not
work.

### Third Parties

We disclose information to service providers and other partners where needed
to operate, secure, measure, and promote Lopaka.app. These include Supabase,
Cloudflare, Paddle, legacy Lemon Squeezy, Google, GitHub, PostHog, Sentry,
Meta, Microsoft, AutoSend, Fibery, Resend, and embedded-content providers
such as YouTube. Their handling of information is also governed by their own
terms and privacy notices.

We don't sell personal information for money. We do disclose online identifiers,
usage events, and related information to analytics and advertising partners as
described above. Depending on where you live, applicable law may call some of
this activity a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.

### Policy Updates

Lopaka.app may update this policy periodically. We'll post notices about
significant changes on the site.
