### Public Information

Your display name, user avatar, and public content are visible to all
Lopaka.app visitors.

We collect your email at signup for essential communications like registration
confirmation and password resets. We also use it for service updates and
community activity notifications. To opt out of non-essential emails, email
support@lopaka.app or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Social login (GitHub, Google) provides us your email, but we don't
get your password.

For Lopaka.app subscriptions payments are processed by third-party services (Stripe and
PayPal). We don't directly access your payment info.

If you start a free trial, our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) will collect, verify,
and securely store your payment details (as a token) at the time of signup — even though
no charge occurs during the trial period. This is required to enable automatic conversion
to a paid plan at the end of the trial.

We use your email address to send service notifications related to your subscription,
including reminders before your trial ends and notices of upcoming charges. These are
transactional emails and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

EU/EEA residents can request a machine-readable export of their personal data by
contacting support@lopaka.app.

Lopaka.app uses cookies and similar tech (like localStorage) to improve your
experience, keeping you logged in and remembering preferences.

We also use cookies to track feature usage, helping us plan new features and
tailor marketing.

Clicking third-party links subjects you to their privacy policies.

You can block cookies in your browser, but some Lopaka.app features may not
work.

We use third parties for necessary service operations (e.g., Stripe and PayPal
for subscription payments). These third parties comply with our privacy policy and GDPR.

We don't sell or share your personal info for others' marketing or advertising.
